Job Description
Sales Representative (Partner Sales 渠道管理与销售方向) Location:汕头 What will you do if join us? Keep good communication with distributor management 与分销商管理层建立和保持良好的沟通 Cooperate with distributor related departments to implement strategic goals 与分销商相关部门共同合作,执行双方达成的战略目标与策略 Coordinate the cooperation between distributors and Siemens internal departments, and leverage internal resources to promote and push the development of distributor business. 协调分销商和西门子各部门的合作,合理协调西门子资源,推动分销商业务的发展。 Manage the daily business of distributors, including delivery and interpretate information of product, price and etc in order to jointly achieve sales targets. 管理分销商的日常业务,如产品、价格等政策信息的及时传递和解读,共同达成销售指标。 Lead distributors to develop own business, as well as daily management, learning and development. Assist distributor to develop personnel development plan and implement it. 引领分销商发展自主业务,包括分销商的日常管理、学习及发展; 帮助分销商制定人员发展计划并实施. Who are we looking for? Bachelor or above major is required. Major in Industry Automation Control and Electrical Transmission is preferred 本科以上学历,专业工控/电气传动相关者优先; Proficient English reading, writing and speaking; 熟练的英文阅读、听说能力; At least 2 years sales or management experience, or experience in assisting management 至少2年以上销售, 或管理经验,或有协助管理层工作的经历 Experience in industrial control industry is preferred, understanding of local market, including competitive situation, industry customer distribution is preferred 如有工控相关行业经验优先,了解区域市场,包括竞争态势,行业客户分布优先。 Learning ability and good communication skill 有良好的学习能力和沟通能力 Able to work under pressure 良好的抗压能力。 Passion and willing to take initiative. 有激情并主动 Organization: Digital Industries Company: Siemens Ltd., China Experience Level: Experienced Professional Full / Part time: Full-time
