ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly creative and talented In-House Graphic Designer (Mid-Level) to join our team. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs for various projects, including but not limited to, print and digital media, advertising, branding, and marketing collateral.
You will work both independently and in a team environment to develop and implement design solutions that meet the needs of our colleagues. The role involves conceptualizing and executing designs from start to finish while working with various stakeholders.

 

WHAT WOULD YOU DO:

• Conceptualize and create designs for various projects, including but not limited to, print and digital media, advertising, branding, and marketing collateral.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to develop creative solutions that meet project requirements and business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Research, develop, and present new ideas and conceptual designs as required on a project-by-project basis.
• Creative adaptation of existing design concepts for new executions, including translation into various sizes and formats.
• Work within established brand guidelines to ensure consistency in design and messaging.
• Present and communicate design concepts to stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for social media and other marketing channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.
• Strong conceptual and design skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts to stakeholders and clients.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of UI/UX, Frontify brand management, 3D and generative design is a plus.
