Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for supervising the effective implementation of the company's various operating systems and market policies in stores, tracking the implementation process, and being responsible for the results;
Guide stores to improve management quality and brand influence in accordance with the company's operational management standards;
3. Assist stores in improving their business objectives by conducting daily shop inspections and coaching store operations;
Responsible for inspecting and guiding the daily operation of the company's stores and the training and management of service personnel;
Responsible for collecting market information and regularly submitting reports to the company for management reference;
Responsible for finding stores, expanding and improving the number of stores in the region, and forming core competitiveness;
Responsible for supervising, controlling, assessing, and guiding the work of all subordinate employees;
Responsible for timely coordination and resolution of major issues, contradictions, and disputes within and between departments;
9. Responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and resource allocation of work within the department;
10. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
College degree or above, aged 28-40 years;
At least 2.5 years of enterprise management experience, and at least 3 years of management experience in retail, fast moving consumer, or catering chain industries;
Familiar with the operation and business process of the retail industry franchise system, and understand the characteristics of the retail industry;
4. Have rich team management experience, good coordination and problem-solving skills;
5. Good professional quality and leadership ability, high degree of work engagement;
6. Good at coordination, communication, sense of responsibility, and strong sense of career.
