Define business strategies and consolidate low voltage drive product/solution to develop focused vertical market in Taiwan. 2. Understand low voltage drive and servo motor for both market and technology view. 3. Well communicator and teamwork to communicate with customer, sales, technical support and headquarter in Germany. 4. Organize market events (e.g. product launch, seminar, exhibitions). 5. Be creative and define new business opportunity toward sustainability and digitization era. What we are looking for: 1. Bachelor degree of above, majoring in engineering, prefer Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 2. 3 years working in relevant industry with low voltage drive and servo motor experience is plus. 3. Background in automation and specialized in drive/motion technology. 4. Good in spoken and written Chinese and English. 5. Good in presentation and cross-functional communication.
