What will you do if join us? • Continuously improve supplier quality and part release related processes and ensure that all the procedures/work instructions /regulations are followed to make sure delivery products quality. 持续改善供应商质量以及零件释放相关的流程，确保所有的流程和工作规范都能够满足产品交付质量。 • Push supplier provide supplier quality relevant quality report 推动供应商提交质量相关报告。 • Responsible for SCNCC statistic and analysis 负责供应商不合格质量成本（ScNCC）的统计和分析。 • Support production line for dealing with the unqualify material, and conduct the necessary containment action , including but not limited to lead clear inventory , intensive inspection … 支持产线处置不合格物料, 实施必要的围堵措施------包括但不限于牵头清理库存工作。 • Drive supplier to conduct 8D report for typical quality issues, review and track the effectiveness. 推动供应商对典型问题完成8D分析，检查回顾并跟踪其有效性； • Responsible for supplier audit, push supplier closing audit open items. 负责供应商审核， 有效推动供应商关闭审核发现项。 • Audit sample process flow chart, quality control plan, ensure sample and mass production part have same production process. Ensure each process is under control. • 审核样品工艺流程图。质量控制计划，确保样品和量产件具备相同的生产工艺, 确保每个生产工序均得到有效管控。 • Perform other tasks / responsibilities assigned by the line manager. 执行直线经理分配的其他任务/职责。 Who are we looking for? • Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Engineering preferred, who has panel part supplier quality management experience preferred. 本科或以上学历，电器工程类专业优先，具备开关柜相关零件供应商质量管理经验优先. • 5 years’ experiences or above in supplier quality management experience. Prefer design or Engineering background Engineer. 5年以上供应商质量管理工作经验，有研发或工艺工作的背景优先考虑。 • Familiar with supplier quality management process and tools, ig VDA 6.3 process audit, ISO 9001 quality management system audit, APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA. 熟悉供应商质量管理流程和相关管理工具，例如VDA6.3过程审核，ISO9001质量管理体系审核，熟悉APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MAS相关质量管理工具。 • Fluent in both verbal and written English. 英语读写流利。 • Team player, customer and result oriented. 具有团队合作精神，且关注客户及结果导向。 Organization: Smart Infrastructure Company: Siemens Switchgear Ltd., Shanghai Experience Level: Experienced Professional Full / Part time: Full-time
