Job Description
1.Create lesson plan for ESL students.
2. Adapt and design appropriate learning materials based on students’ learning needs and interests.
3.Track students’ learning after class and provide support and feedback for students assignments.
4.Administer examinations and provide data analysis report.
5.Collaborate and cooperate with other course instructors to refine the course curriculum.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in education or related majors where applicable
2. Teaching Certificate, TESOL,CELTA, and DELTA preferred
3. More than two years teaching experience preferred
4. Native English speaker
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children
6. Eager to learn and grow continuously

Compensation
1. Monthly salary before tax:
– Teaching position: RMB 15,000 – 20,000 on pay scale
2. Free furnished apartment or housing allowance
