Job Description
Job responsibilities
1、According to the group's development strategy, organize the development and implementation of human resource management norms, systems and management processes for recruitment, compensation, performance, welfare, employee relations, training and talent ladder building in overseas companies;
2、In-depth understanding of overseas companies' operational objectives and team planning, analyzing and sorting out employment needs, formulating and efficiently completing recruitment plans, and exploring and allocating suitable talents in line with business development needs;
3, fully understand local employment policies and labor laws and regulations, avoid employment risks and ensure employment norms;
4、Responsible for assisting the person in charge of overseas companies to manage the organizational structure, participate in the construction of the project organizational system, clarify the division of job responsibilities and functional combing of each department, continuously optimize and improve the organizational system, clarify the competency quality model for business departments, develop effective talent training programs and implement them;
5、According to the company's development strategy and specific planning of overseas business, diagnose business development pain points, formulate overseas human resource planning, provide comprehensive and effective human resource solutions, and promote the implementation of important projects of the company's headquarters in overseas companies and implementation;
6、Responsible for overseas team and culture building, providing professional guidance and suggestions in employee care and employee motivation, establishing an open and smooth internal communication mechanism, creating a positive organizational atmosphere, and ensuring the continuous healthy growth of the organization.

Job Requirements
1、Bachelor degree or above, majoring in human resources, business administration or other related majors, with overseas study background preferred;
2、At least 3 years HR related experience, overseas HR HRBP experience is preferred.
3、Familiar with labor laws and regulations, with solid knowledge of HR practices, experience in handling procedures such as visa and immigration for overseas employees is preferred;
4、Good team spirit, excellent execution, anti-stress ability and organization and coordination ability, good negotiation ability;
5、Familiar with the use of MS software, with human resources-related certificates preferred;
