Job Description
Job responsibilities:

1. Assist the General Manager in formulating strategic plans, annual business plans, and decomposing work objectives for each stage;

2. Assist the General Manager in managing the company's operations, establish and improve the company's management system and organizational structure;

3. Responsible for arranging the work schedule of the General Manager, including meetings, official activities, customer reception, travel, etc;

4. Accompanying the General Manager to participate in domestic and international business negotiations;

5. Cooperate with the General Manager to handle external public relations (government, important clients, etc.);

6. Track the achievement of the company's business objectives, provide analysis opinions and improvement suggestions;

7. Provide relevant solutions to the general manager in terms of company business plans, sales strategies, capital operations, etc;

8. Write and follow up on the implementation of company meeting minutes such as general manager meetings and special seminar meetings;

9. Complete other tasks assigned by the general manager.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in unified recruitment, excellent English and Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and English and Chinese can be used as working languages (a prerequisite);

2. More than five years of work experience in the same position, acceptable for domestic and foreign travel;

3. Have good professional ethics, a good sense of service, and a sense of confidentiality;

4. Possess good communication and coordination skills, with a solid foundation in oral expression and writing;

5. Work meticulously, have a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
