1. Responsible for managing the overseas sales team of the company, helping to establish, supplement, develop, and cultivate a sales team;
2. Responsible for planning overseas product marketing and brand promotion strategies, as well as landing plans, in conjunction with the company's overseas business strategic objectives;
3. Responsible for collaborating with front-end sales to continuously generate sales leads and continuously improve the conversion rate of sales leads;
4. Responsible for collecting and analyzing market information in overseas regions, formulating marketing strategies, and managing market execution.
4. Responsible for managing overseas B2B market promotion channels and exploring new off-site promotion methods to enhance product and brand awareness and user evaluation.
5. Responsible for organizing the design and writing of various overseas market public relations promotion plans, promotional texts, and following up and monitoring media dissemination;
6. Responsible for the management of the company's overseas marketing team and the training and assessment of personnel.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, Business English, marketing, and above CET 8 (French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Arabic and other minor languages are acceptable);
2. More than five years of overseas sales work experience, including at least three years of overseas market experience in the high-tech product industry, and at least one year of team management experience;
3. Having excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, familiar with and understanding of online and offline advertising channels in overseas markets, able to keenly grasp market information and audience needs;
4. Good logical thinking and comprehensive management skills, sensitive to data, result oriented, and able to withstand pressure;
5. Careful and responsible in work, possessing good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
