Job Description
Work tasks:
- Software IMAC and configuration
- Hardware IMAC support
- VIP user support
- R&D and IA site support
- IT kiosks
- Proximity support for server room and network infrastructure
- Third party support and coordination
- Event management
- On/offboarding training
- Hardware asset management
- Equipment deployment and depot management.

-Ability to work to prescribed standards and required demeanour, conduct and sound workplace ethics
-Able to work alone without supervision and take initiative when necessary
-Organises and prioritises work appropriately
-Experience in the use of call recording systems
-Good working knowledge of Windows 7/10 and relevant office software
-Experience in supporting MAC
Understanding of mobile devices - Android and iOS
-Experience in building, configuring, replacing and troubleshooting PC and laptop hardware components
-Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM, H&E support
-Ability to replace defective components as identified by TCS
-Excellent hands-on experience in installation and troubleshooting of DC equipment, racking and stacking of DC equipment/cables
-Valid driving license
-Excellent communication skills in English and local language, regional language support would be a plus
-36 months' experience in the IT field required
-Engineer background check required.
