Job Description
Major Responsibility:
- Leads and coach the quality team to improve the subordinates' working skills and build a reliable and efficient team.
- Be responsible to further develop and maintain the quality system in coordination with EF group.
- Quality points on problems in a hands-on way on site and support implementation of the solution within the company.
-Leads and conduct quality system trainings and ensure continuous improvement activities to further increase quality level in the company.
-Participates in audits with customers or independent auditors
-Oversees or performs audits at suppliers side and drives vendor’s quality system improvement;
-Regularly organize and supervise the environment protect, decrease waste of resource.
-Assures compliance to quality standards of EF Group, EF China and Norms.
-Improves capability in analyzing data and facilitate problem-solving skills in the quality team.
-Responses quickly to customer claims and ensure 100% customers satisfaction. product non-conformances through objective-oriented techniques.
-Organizes work area within quality for more efficient, higher quality and safer working environment and good cooperation with internal departments.
-Regularly provides internal customers with updated quality status in order to improve quality timely.
-Complete other tasks assigned by General Manager.

Working Experience
-10 years and above of experience in Quality management with at least 5 years in senior management Position in Multi-National Companies.
-Rich experience in quality system and on-site quality management.
-Previous experience in organizational changes, change management and development will be advantageous.
-Proven leadership in leading, coaching and motivating team.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related field;

Competency/Skills required:
-Excellent presentation skills on quality reports. Certified Six Sigma Green or Black Belt a plus.
-Ability to identify areas for improvement and able to implement change management.
-A hands-on person with excellent communication skills and able to work with all levels of staff within

-Strong analytical skill. Familiar with quality management tools
- A team player with high integrity, initiative, mature, high level of competency and love challenging job.
-Excellent written and verbal English skills to read and write specifications and procedures.
