For Siemens Corporate Development Consulting in Beijing, Siemens is looking for Factory Planning and Operation Consultant. The role will be responsible for customer process improvement, drive business excellence.

What are my responsibilities? 我的工作职责是什么？
Project implementation
Project module lead
Support in project acquisition
Support in competence development
Provide training sessions to the customer
Document know-how and develop factory planning consulting methodologies
Perform other assigned tasks
What do I need to qualify for this job? 我如何才能胜任？
Lean manufacturing/Plant planning experience in multi-national manufacturing plants (mandatory)
Excellent communication, project management, presentation skills
Consultant experience is preferred
5-8 years in manufacturing industry
