We are seeking English home tutors (Native speakers) for toddlers in China. This position is primarily focused on visiting and tutoring kids English, providing feedback to parents, observing children development, and devising effective language learning techniques based on the children's growth stages. It is important to note that the teaching approaches are highly flexible according to children's responses.

Key Responsibilities:
1 Provide personalized English instruction to toddlers (aged 1.5-6 years) in a 1:1 setting, visiting them at their homes.
2 Design and prepare lessons independently, tailoring them on the basis of the observed growth paces and abilities of the toddlers (cognitive development, logical thinking, sensitive periods, math and numbers, music and arts, sports, etc.).
3 Provide learning plans and feedback to parents on children’s performance weekly.
4 Summarize and share tutoring experiences regularly.
5 Adopt appropriate tutoring methods with flexibility and innovation under different circumstances.
6 Maintain good relationships with clients and take responsibility for children’s learning outcomes as well as client feedback.

Requirements and Qualifications:
1 Native English speaker with bachelor’s or higher degrees; education in language, psychology, and education is preferred.
2 Excellent communication skills and the flexibility to handle children's changing situations and parents' demands.
3 Self motivator with a passion for language tutoring and a love for children; a long-term inclination to work as an English tutor will be considered in advance.
4 Goal-oriented, open-minded, willing to share, and possessing outstanding creative abilities, along with a high degree of work enthusiasm and responsibility.
5 Relative experience is not strictly required but a plus.
6 Visa to work part-time legally in China, no criminal record.
