Shanghai International school needs ELA teacher( must have 2 years International high school experience)

Position: SECONDARY SCHOOL ELA TEACHER Grade - 8-12
Location: Minhang district, Shanghai.

Onboard time: Feb, 2024.
Salary - 30k pre tax all included

·Responsibly plan and teach English and Language Arts lessons.
·Develop and maintain a comprehensive curriculum.
·Support student learning by collaborating with other teachers
and departments of the school, especially supporting ELA learning in drama classes and programs.
·Support the school’s commitment to the 4C skills of
communication,collaboration,critical thinking, and creativity in teaching and working with colleagues.
·Participate actively in curricular work, curricular writing,and
professional development within the curriculum group and the faculty at large.
·Maintain positive relationships with parents and participate in
parent-teacher conferences.
Offer at least one elective or club for students each semester. Occasionally cover classes for colleagues.
. Assist with other student activities when possible.
· Care for all students in class and actively report concerns and accolades regarding students’progress in class.
· Be flexible, and assist with any other duties, tasks or jobs as
may be reasonably requested by the management.

Requirements:
English native speaker, Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
· A recognized teaching qualification or equivalent.
·Teaching experience is preferable.
·Full proficiency in the English language
Have excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, colleagues and parents
