岗位职责Job Responsibilities：
As a reserve talent for the company, the training direction is for the future middle and senior management or technical personnel of the company. In the early stage, we will learn the overall operation process of the company, departmental workflow, and job working methods through centralized training and internship, and then proceed with job placement. The main development directions in the future are PMC, procurement engineer, structural engineer, PE engineer, QE engineer, optical engineer, electronic engineer, automation engineer, embedded Linux development engineer, cloud platform development engineer, Android development engineer Material engineer and other directions.
作为公司的储备人才，培养方向为公司未来的中高层管理或技术人员。前期将通过集中培训和定岗实习的方式学习公司整体运作流程、部门的工作流程及岗位的工作方式，后进行定岗，后续主要发展方向为PMC、采购工程师、结构工程师、PE工程师、QE工程师、光学工程师、电子工程师、自动化工程师、嵌入式Linux开发工程师、云平台开发工程师、Android开发工程师、材料工程师等方向。


岗位要求Qualifications：
1. Graduates from previous years, with a full-time undergraduate degree or above, Southeast Asian nationality, and intention to work in China are given priority;
2. Logistics management, international economy and trade, machinery, artificial intelligence, intelligent science and technology, semiconductor green light sources, applied physics, light sources and lighting, Internet of Things engineering, electronic information, automation, materials and other related majors;
3. Good communication and expression skills, good at analyzing problems, possessing the ability to analyze and solve problems;
4. Pragmatic, strong learning ability, good stress resistance and execution ability, with certain cultivation potential.
1. 应往届毕业生，全日制本科及以上学历，东南亚国籍且有意向留在中国工作的优先考虑；
2. 物流管理、国际经济与贸易、机械类、人工智能、智能科学与技术、半导体绿色光源、应用物理学、光源与照明、物联网工程类、电子信息类、自动化类、材料类等相关专业；
3. 良好的沟通表达能力，善于分析问题，具备分析与解决问题能力；
4. 务实，学习能力强，较好的抗压能力和执行力，有一定的培养潜力。
