We are currently looking for a suitable candidate to fill in the position of Homeroom Kindergarten
Teacher for a Bilingual Montessori School conveniently located downtown Shanghai. Responsibilities
1. Working 40 hours per week, Mon – Fri 8:00-4 :30 (30 min lunch break not included)
2. Teaching one 30 min long class per day and taking care of children during their everyday
activities ensuring students’ social development
3. Creating lesson plans for3/6 year age group
4. Communicating with parents on daily basis
5. Working in a team with Chinese Teacher
6. Three or four working days in winter vacation. About 5- 10 working days in summer holiday
7. A one year contract at least
Our Requirements
1. A female teacher from an English speaking country (US, UK, CA, AU, NZ only) with a minimum
1-2 years teaching experience in a similar environment
2. Must be eligible for Work Visa, and hold authorized and notarized University Degree as well
as Criminal Record
3. We prefer a candidate to be residing currently in Shanghai
4. Basic knowledge of Chinese will be an asset
