Job Description:
① Responsibilities:
1. To provide the best possible teaching and learning processes for the students, and provide a good learning environment;
2. To improve students achievements and performance in the class as well as in extra curriculum activities;
3. To accustom students to western teaching style and improve their performance in relevant examinations;
4. To facilitate the attainment of each student’s full potential and develop academic and non-academic skills through the
teaching of subjects;
5. Effective classroom management and efficient organization of resources;
6. To work effectively as part of a teaching team and with other teachers based in the same school;
7. To work under the supervision of the Academic Director of the international division of the school;
8. The teaching language is English.
② Requirements:
1. A recognized degree/diploma or other recognized teaching qualification;
2. Excellent command of English, including listening, speaking, reading and writing, an English native speaker is preferred;
3. Experience in teaching students in A Level, AP programs is preferred;
4. A track record of excellent teaching with well-developed subject knowledge;
5. Experience of working with ESL students is a plus;
6. Hard working, responsible, patient, energetic, humorous, and detail oriented;
