• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from HK Polytechnic University/ HK Institute of Vocational Education or equivalent;

• Qualification as TCP T3 under AP stream recognized by BD;

• Minimum 8 years’ post-graduate relevant site experience in construction works and supervision;

• Previous experience as Clerk of Works.
