Position: Kindegarten Homeroom IB teacher
Location: Jiyang District, Sanya Hainan
Start Date: August 2024

Job Details:
*You & your 3 Chinese teachers will support the children in their learning journey
*From 8.30 in the morning to 16.30 in the afternoon.
*During this time you will teach, on average, about 2 hours a day. 
*Collaborate with the other foreign and Chinese teachers to plan your UOI’s in Managebac.   
*Support the Chinese teachers when they teach. 
*Take care of, and have fun with, the children.   
*Provide feedback about lessons, issues and/or improvements we can make. 
*Upload daily notes/observations/recordings etc. to Managebac to communicate the progress children maketo their parents and develop the children’s portfolio. 

Salary & Benefits:

Job Skills & Qualifications required: 
‐ Bachelor degree or higher. 
‐ Visa eligibility. 
‐ Experience working with children. 
‐ A passion for inquiry‐ and play‐based learning. 
‐ A desire to improve yourself. 
 Seeing the Kindergartenyears as the most important period in a child’s life as it lays the foundation for their character, social skills and cognitive skills. 
-Preferred IB Experience & IB Certificate
