Position: ESL teacher for kids & teens
Location: Line 5, East Huancheng Road Station,Fengxian District, Shanghai
Start Date: ASAP

Job Duties
•Teach English classes for 3-12-year-old students in interactive ways and closely monitor the growth of their skills (Normally the class size is between 4-8.)
•Develop personalized teaching styles, under the teaching framework of the company.
•Assist to manage the learning process of students.
•Weekly Working Days: 5 days
•Woking Schedule：13:00-20:00 on weekdays/9:00-18:00 on weekends

*All English teachers will undergo 1 week of training before teaching.

Requirements:
•Only Non teaching visa can be provided
•TEFL / TESL qualified.
•Bachelor's degree or above.
•Clear criminal background check.
•Passion for teaching.
•Outgoing and easy-going
•Good at communication with both adults and children.

Salary and benefits
•Salary depending on experience: 20,000 to 25,000 RMB a month

•Employment “Z” visa offered (Non-teaching visa only)
•5000RMB airfare allowance at the end of successful completion of 1 year contract.
•5 days paid holiday at the end of successful completion of 1 year contract.
