Position: Homeroom teacher (K1 Level)
Location:Ouhai District, Wenzhou City Zhejiang
Start Date: Feb. 2025

•Liaise with and support teaching staff as required in their facilitation of students’ access and response to the mainstream curriculum, adhering to school policies and curricular documents.
•Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement.
•Record student’s progress and maintain a record for each student, write student report at the end of each term, semester or learning period .
•Participation and preparation in extracurricular courses ，enrichment courses and activities.
•Maintain good communication and professional relationships with parents, provide feedback to parents regarding their child’s progress in English acquisition.
•Establish effective working relationships with professional colleagues, such as, year level teachers, other specialist teachers and associate staff.
•Actively participate in school activities and professional development programmes.

Requirements:
•Bachelor of Education or higher, with related major.
•Native English Speaker only
•More than 2 years English teaching experiences is a must for visa purposes
•Proactive, team-orientated, socially adept and committed to children’s well being
•Commitment to and understanding of Child Protection and Safeguarding.
•Clean and clear background check.

Benefits:
1. Contract Period : 2 years
2. Base salary: 17,000-22,000 Pretax ( negotiable -up to 25K)- According to the related working experience
3. End of Contract Completion Gratuity - Aaound one-month base salary
4. Airfare CNY 5,000 During the contract period; Economy airfare (Paid by Fapiao)
5. International Medical Insurance- as per group policy
6. Accommodation Allowance CNY 3,000 per Month (paid by Fapiao or salary before tax)
7. School Holiday: 21 days- Following the school calendar
