Are you an enthusiastic and experienced English teacher with a passion for helping young learners thrive? Join our dynamic English academy in Shanghai, where we focus on providing high-quality English education for children aged 3-12 years old in small, interactive classes.

What We Offer:
Salary: Starting at 20,000 RMB/month, with potential for negotiation based on your qualifications and experience.
Visa Support: While we do not provide visa sponsorship, we offer all the necessary materials to assist you in obtaining a working visa.

Working Hours:
Weekdays: 1:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Weekends: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Two days off per week.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons to children aged 3-12, focusing on improving their grammar, writing, and conversational skills.
Create a fun, interactive, and supportive learning environment in small class settings.
Utilize your knowledge of phonics, grammar, and writing techniques to enhance student outcomes.

Qualifications:
Native-level English pronunciation with strong grammar and writing skills.
Minimum of 1-2 years’ teaching experience, especially with children aged 3-12 years old.
Proven ability to manage small classes effectively.
Passionate about teaching, patient, and friendly with children.
TESOL/TEFL certification or equivalent is preferred.
