Requirements for personnel:
1. Number of recruits: 2
2. Nationality: Vietnam
3. Gender: female;
4. Age: 22-28;
5. Good appearance , well-featured;
6. Language: English or Chinese(at least one language skilled), Vietnamese(native language) (preferably those who can speak these three languages);
7. Personality: earnest and persistent;
8. Have passion for sales career, aspiration, and recognize the value of sales work and be willing to engage in sales work for the long term;

Job Description:
1. Develop customers according to company requirements, analyze customers, and maintain customer data (including but not limited to meeting customers etc.)
2. Develop markets and industries according to company strategies, including but not limited to actively participating in exhibitions, customer visits, etc.
3. Promote cooperation with customers and ensure the execution of contracts (including but not limited to timely delivery, timely account collection etc.)
4. Must work in the China headquarters (Shanghai) for 2-3 years, and then return to the country(Vietnam) to open an office (become the office manager) based on the situation.
5. Be responsible for the sales targets set by the company and strive to achieve the goals.
6. Complete other matters arranged by the superior leader.
Salary and Benefits
1. Base Salary: RMB 6,000-8,000 per month (before tax)
2. Commission: Commission based on a certain percentage of sales performance (yearly application)
3. Two days off weekly, national holidays (the Spring Festival holiday is usually 14-16 days)
