Job Description
1) Participate in quality review of new suppliers,And complete the annual auditplan of qualified suppliers.
2) Guide existing important suppliers to improve quality management system andproduct quality management.
3) Cooperate with Engineering Department to approve new parts (includingcollecting dimension FAI,CPK, material, reliability test report, etc.).
4) Responsible for collecting SPQP, CoC, etc. of key parts (from suppliers).
5) Responsible for handling major quality anomalies of incoming materials,and supervise the implementation of supplier 8D report. （After process QE determines the problem of incoming materials, SQE is sent to promote the improvement of suppliers, and cooperate with process QE to deal with major quality anomalies).
6) Supervise and promote the completion of all samples signed before mass production, and the effectiveness of IQC samples.
7) Inspected the supplier's performance through IQC incoming materials every month, formulated and implemented the quality improvement plan together with the supplier.
8) Participate in the investigation, analysis and improvement of customer complaints caused by major quality anomalies of incoming materials.
9) Daily, weekly, and monthly statistics of supplier performance are reported to superiors.
10) Travel abroad for on-site inspection
