Job Description
Develop and innovate new pastry and dessert menus that align with our brand.
Prepare high-quality pastries, cakes, and baked goods following Western culinary standards.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all locations.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal and signature desserts.
Manage kitchen operations, including ingredient sourcing and inventory control.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the pastry section.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a Western-style restaurant, bakery, or hotel.
- Expertise in dessert creation, pastry techniques, and oven baking.
- Strong creativity and ability to develop new recipes.
- Leadership skills and experience managing a pastry team.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen management.
