IB English Director recruitment information
Job responsibilities:
1. Designed and implemented English teaching plans and organized diversified teaching activities according to IB PYP curriculum framework.
2. Responsible for the daily management of the class, pay attention to the physical and mental health and safety of children, and create a positive learning atmosphere.
3. Communicate with parents regularly, feedback on children's learning progress, and promote home co-parenting.
4. Participate in school teaching and research activities and training to continuously improve teaching level.
5. Assist the school to organize various activities, such as festival celebration, Open Day, etc.

Job requirements:
1. Education and qualification - Bachelor degree or above, pre-school education, English education or related major is preferred. - Kindergarten teacher qualification certificate, IB PYP teaching experience is preferred.
2. Language ability - Fluent in English, standard pronunciation, able to teach in English. - Mandarin is a plus.
3. Professional skills - familiar with the characteristics of children's psychological development, have the ability of classroom management and personalized teaching, and can lead classes independently. - Able to design and implement innovative teaching activities to stimulate young children's interest in learning.
4. Personal quality - Love early childhood education, strong sense of responsibility, patient and meticulous. - Good communication skills, team work spirit and affinity.
