Job Description
Responsible for directing and supervising the activities of the Department Head and acts as the liaison between management and guests to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office / Food & Beverage Department, represents the management in handing guest complaints and handling VIP guests in order to maintain guest satisfaction.
Qualification:
1.Good communication skills;
2.Actively respond to the problem, maintained good working state;
3.Pay attention and meet the guest requirement;
4.Fluent verbal and written English.
