Job Description
Position: Elevator Channel Sales (Focus on Developing Overseas Distributors)
Job Responsibilities
This position primarily focuses on developing overseas distributors for elevator products, aiming to expand our market presence globally.
Salary Structure
• Base Salary: The base salary ranges from RMB 4,000 to 12,000 per month. During the three-month probation period, the base salary is RMB 4,000. Early confirmation of formal employment can be achieved upon generating 3 valid sales achievements. After confirmation, the base salary will be adjusted to RMB 5,000. The salary is closely linked to performance. The more sales achievements you make, the higher your salary and commission will be. For example, if you complete 70 units of sales by the end of the year, your salary will be supplemented to RMB 7,000 per month. If you complete 80 units, it will be supplemented to RMB 8,000 per month.
• Commission: The commission per unit ranges from approximately RMB 1,500 to 3,000. The higher the proportion of task completion, the higher the commission rate.
