Job Description
1. Teach AP, A-Level, DP English or school-designed courses.
2. Adapt and design appropriate learning materials based on students’ learning needs and interests.
3. Track students’ learning after class and provide support and feedback for students’ assignments.
4. Administrate examinations and provide data analysis report.
5. Collaborate and cooperate with other course instructors to refine the course curriculum.
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
- Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week.
- Prepare lesson plans according to the school requirements, have flexible and diverse teaching methods, and can efficiently complete the teaching tasks.

Job Requirement
1. Master’s degree in English Education, English Language and Literature, or related field with strong academic background
2. TEFL, TESOL, TESL, CELTA or other teaching related certificate
3. Teaching experience of English Literature and Composition at international schools in China
4. Teaching experience at English-Speaking countries including US and UK
5. Passionate, responsible, collaborative and committed to quality education
6. Accountable and highly motivated individual with radiant team spirits
7. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children

Compensation& Benefits
- Monthly salary before tax for teaching position: RMB 25,000 - 40,000
- Full payment for winter and summer vacations
- Two-year employment contract bonus (approx. one month’s salary before tax)

- Reimbursement for annual round trip flights maximum USD 2,000 (Beijing - home country)
- Reimbursement for relocation fee of maximum RMB 2,000
