Jiading, Shanghai//September 2025//K12 School High School Math/Physics Teachers Needed in September 2025 in Jiading district, Shanghai (up to 40K RMB/month or more, 8k housing allowance, 2 months' paid holiday)

Location:
1. Jiading district, Shanghai near Shanghai Automobile City station of line 11 (School shuttle from the downtown on the weekdays)

Package:
1. Monthly salary: up to 40,000 RMB/month before tax ;
2. Housing Allowance: 8000 rmb/month;
3. Paid holiday: 3 days Christmas holiday; 3 weeks' winter holiday; 6 weeks' summer holiday;
4. Medical Insurance provided;
5. 1 year contract at the 1st year.
6. Free Schooling for teachers' kids;

Main Responsibilities:
• To teach the curriculum established by the school, integrating the curriculum with the school's Educational Objectives;
• To take the responsibility of designing lesson plans that demonstrate a clear connection between instruction and the curriculum established by the school, selecting and using school-approved teaching strategies and classroom resources, implementing teaching research;
• To provide a stimulating and effective learning environment for the students in supporting their learning, encouraging students' creative thinking and promote critical inquiry;
• To maintain close partnership with parents, colleagues and the community;
• To provide both written reports (termly) and informal communications (where required) to parents on the growth, progress, and attainment of the students;
• To Create a safe, orderly and supportive classroom atmosphere that is conducive to effective teaching and learning;
• Other duties as reasonably required by the Head of High School;

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Math/Physics subjects
• Teaching qualification
• Minimum 3 years' full time international curriculum(such as A-Level, IB, IGCSE) teaching experience, experience with Chinese students preferred,
• Excellent classroom management and behavior management skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team in planning.
