Literature Teacher

This position is ideal for an educator who is passionate about literature and literary analysis, with a strong ability to inspire students in both classic and contemporary texts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach high school English literature, introducing students to classic, modern, and diverse literary works.
• Develop students’ critical thinking and analytical skills through in-depth literary discussions.
• Guide students in essay writing, literary critiques, and research-based analysis.
• Foster creativity by encouraging original storytelling and creative writing.
• Organize book clubs, literature circles, and student-led presentations.
• Support students in preparing for international literature assessments and competitions.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English Literature, Comparative Literature, or a related field.
• Teaching experience in high school or university-level literature courses.
• Strong analytical and writing skills, with an ability to help students appreciate literature from multiple perspectives.
• Passion for cultivating independent thought and literary appreciation.

Work Schedule & Benefits:
• Full-time, on-site position: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• No night shifts or on-call duties required.
