**Job Responsibilities:**
- Teach English to children aged 2-3，3-5，5-6 in small group settings (6-10 students per class).
- Design and deliver engaging, interactive lessons that cater to different age groups and proficiency levels.
- Use creative teaching methods to inspire students' interest in learning English.
- Provide feedback to students and parents on learning progress.
- Participate in occasional open house events or trial classes to attract new students.

**Requirements:**
- Native English speaker from countries such as the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, or New Zealand.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Teaching experience, especially with young learners, is preferred.
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is a plus.
- Passion for teaching and working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid work visa or residency permit in China (we can assist with visa applications for qualified candidates).
