Job Description: Part-Time English Language Instructor

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced part-time English Language Instructor to design and deliver high-quality corporate English training programs for our employees. The ideal candidate will possess strong curriculum development skills, adapt teaching strategies based on learner feedback, and ensure alignment with company-specific learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Development & Customization
Design and update tailored English training programs based on company standards, industry requirements, and employee skill levels (e.g., business communication, presentations, report writing).
Create lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments that align with defined learning outcomes and corporate goals.
Instructional Delivery
Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to adult learners, utilizing diverse pedagogical approaches (e.g., task-based learning, role-plays, case studies) to address professional development needs.
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate varying proficiency levels (beginner to advanced) and learning styles within employee groups.
Feedback Integration & Course Optimization
Collect and analyze learner feedback, performance data, and supervisor evaluations to continuously refine course content and delivery methods.
Proactively adjust lesson pacing, difficulty, and focus areas to ensure maximum participant engagement and skill retention.
Quality Assurance & Reporting
Monitor and document learner progress through regular assessments, providing clear progress reports to both participants and HR/training managers.
Collaborate with the training team to evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with HR/L&D departments to align training content with organizational objectives and employee development plans.
Participate in periodic curriculum review meetings and instructor training sessions to maintain teaching excellence.
Qualifications

Native or near-native English proficiency with excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Proven experience in curriculum design and teaching English to adult learners (corporate/business English preferred).
Familiarity with workplace language needs (e.g., emails, meetings, cross-cultural communication).
Ability to analyze feedback and data to optimize teaching strategies.
Flexibility to adapt schedules for occasional peak training periods.
