工作时间(Work time): 
1.Totally 40 working hours/week
2.22 teaching hours/week（6-7 classes）
3.18 hours for teaching research/week
4.Monday and Tuesday are off days
学生年龄（student age）: 3-12 yo.

Qualifications：
1. UK ，strong language expression, cheerful personality.
2.Bachelor’s degree or above (English or English Education major preferred).
3.TESOL or TEFL 120 hours certificate required.

Base Salary ：23-30k RMB/Month
Bonus system
a. Overtime pay: 200 RMB for per extra teaching hours
e.Demo classes make deal bonus: 200RMB/student
d. Housing allowance: 2000 RMB/month
