Job Description
1. To develop strategies to link students’ knowledge and understanding to prior learning;
2. To use appropriate instructional practices which promote high academic standards and inclusive education within the MYP;
3. To use teaching strategies to promote higher order thinking, international mindedness, and metacognition within the subject areas, and to ensure that reflection and self-evaluation is encouraged in all subject areas in order to develop students’ ability to think critically.
4. Use a variety of technologies in teaching and learning.
5. To constantly use IB specific terminologies in classroom to form shared
understandings of those essential components of the programs.
6. Follow the designated curriculum and make lesson plans suitable for the students
accordingly;
7. Provide quality instruction using diverse teaching and assessment approaches
appropriately;
8. Design & implement suitable teaching-related documents;
9. Contribute to subject curriculum development if needed;
10. Engage in collaborative work with Chinese & international colleagues;

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above required;
2. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3. Clear criminal background check;
4. AT least 1year previous teaching experience in international or bilingual schools required;
5. Teaching license strongly preferred;
Salary and Benefits
1. Salary up to 30,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications;
2. Housing allowance 2,500 RMB per month;
