Job Description

1.Design and follow a complete teaching plan suitable for young children;
2.Properly organize and utilize learning materials and resources;
3.Implement a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
4.Maintain a positive and active learning environment for children;
5.Keep an open line of communication with parents and provide them with appropriate information;
6.Assess student performance and progress in a timely fashion;
7.Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, major in Early Education preferred;
TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
Clear criminal background check;
A minimum of 2 years previous full-time teaching experience;
Qualified teacher status or certified teaching license permitting the individual to teach in her/his country’s national education system preferred;

Salary and Benefits

Salary from 23,000 to 27,000 RMB before tax based on experience and qualifications;
Housing allowance included in the salary package;
Work visa provided;

Flight reimbursement 5,000 RMB available per school year;
Free tuition for first kid, and 20% of the tuition for the 2nd and after kids;
Holidays:
- All Chinese statutory holidays
- 50% paid Summer& Winter holiday based on school calendar (normally about 2 months each year)
