International Kindergarten ESL teacher in Dalian

Work hours: Monday to Friday 8:20 AM to 5:00 PM; lunch break 40 min.

REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS REMUNERATION / SALARY
1.Teacher of preschool class (ESL&LEAD): We can provide salary of 22K-25K RMB per month + house allowance
2.Three years of kindergarten teaching experience, salary negotiable.

ESL TEACHER MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Design and follow complete teaching plan;
2.Organize learning material and resources;
3.Use a variety of activities and different teaching methods (songs, stories, art, outdoor activities etc.) to motivate and stimulate children's abilities;
4.Maintain an open line of communication with lead teacher to reach academic goals;
5.Create positive and appropriate classroom environment;
6.Provide constructive feedback to lead teacher and administration
Cooperate with administration staff;
7.Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations.

REGULATIONS
Cooperate with lead teacher, follow teaching guidelines
Attend class meetings weekly
Attend staff meetings, trainings, events
Use mobile phone in classroom only for taking pictures of students with lead teacher permission
Wear uniform provided by every day (dark blue/black pants/jeans; black indoor shoes)
Submit and authorize absence form by lead teacher at least 2 days in advance;
reason of absence must be stated in Chinese; hand in submitted and signed form to the front desk administrator
