【Responsibilities】
· Design and implement class teaching plans, and take full responsibility for full-day teaching activities.
· Foster a respectful and harmonious teaching environment, collaborate with the teaching team to organize and
conduct daily teaching and outdoor learning activities.
· Manage classroom procedures during full-day teaching activities to ensure quality outcomes.
· Take responsibility for the usage and maintenance of teaching aids, including preparing materials and
decorating the classroom
· Actively participate in curriculum development and collaborate with other teaching teams.
· Regularly document teaching activities and student behavior observations, collaborate with the teaching team
to monitor and support student growth and development.
· Provide feedback on students’ school performance and address parental concerns to foster home-school
collaboration.
· Collaborate with class teachers to address emergencies promptly and ensure student safety and development.
· Actively participate in school-organized teaching activities

【Qualifications】
· Bachelor degree or above, relevant educational qualification certificate is preferred.
· Must have English teaching ability, can provide TESOL, TEFOL qualification certificate, if have IB, PCGE
qualification ability and certificate is preferred.
· Native English speakers with work visa
· At least two years of teaching experience with kindergarten young children; kindergarten homeroom teacher experience is a must.
· Familiarity with Project-Based Learning (PBL) and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) concepts.
· Love working with children; energetic, patient, detail-oriented, and responsible.
· Excellent intercultural communication skills and a willingness to work in an international environment.
