Job Responsibilities
Teach oral English to students across different grade levels, following IELTS oral English standards.
Conduct “English Corner” sessions (2 hours per week).
Serve as a judge for English contests at least once per semester.
Employment is exclusive to Our University—outside part-time work is not permitted without the college’s approval.

Salary & Benefits
1.Salary: RMB 12,000–15,000 per month for a 16-hour teaching workload per week (including English Corner sessions).
2.Holiday Allowance: RMB 1,100 per semester.
3.Annual Travel Allowance: RMB 10,000 for airfare.
4.Insurance: The college provides insurance coverage.
5.Housing:
oA fully furnished apartment near the campus is provided. Teachers are responsible for utility expenses (property management, water, electricity, gas, and internet).
oAlternatively, teachers who prefer to rent their own accommodation will receive a RMB 3,000 monthly housing allowance.
