Supplier Search and Analysis
● Identify manufacturers based on technical specifications from international clients
● Conduct tenders and evaluate offers in terms of price, lead time, and quality
● Verify supplier reliability and maintain a qualified vendor base
Negotiations and Contract Management
● Negotiate commercial terms (pricing, delivery schedules, warranties)
● Draft and manage contracts in both English and Mandarin
Logistics Coordination and Documentation
● Coordinate shipments via sea, air, rail, and road transport
● Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners
● Prepare full export documentation packages: invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin,
MSDS, and others
Quality Control and Reporting
● Organize inspections and ensure technical compliance
● Provide regular status updates to INIX Group’s Dubai HQ
● Recommend process improvements and enhancements to supplier management
