University English Teacher (Native Speaker)
Position: University ESL Teacher
Location: Nanjing -Lishui district
Employment Type: Full time
Working Days: 3-4 days per week
Weekly Teaching Load: Up to 16 lessons (each 45 minutes)
Qualifications:
Native English speaker
Minimum Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
At least 2 years of university-level teaching experience
Background in Business, Commerce, or Business English is preferred
Responsibilities:
Teach English Writing courses focusing on academic and business contexts
Prepare and deliver lessons to undergraduate students
Assess and provide feedback on student assignments
Participate in relevant departmental meetings as needed
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: RMB 10,000 – 15,000 (pre-tax) per month
2000 RMB housing allowance monthly
Full salary paid during winter vacation
Full salary paid during summer vacation if contract is renewed
Annual airfare subsidy of RMB 8,000 upon completion of contract
Commercial insurance coverage provided
Schedule:
Teaching scheduled on 3-4 days per week only
No on-campus desk duty required
