1. Take daily attendance, monitor and correct student behavior, oversee detention, parent/student conferences, oversee and
manage evening study.
2．Communicate/consult with parents regarding student progress as needed.Participate in model lessons/demo classes for parents and marketing events. Attend and participate in scheduled professional development activities. Select and organize students for competitions and other tasks as assigned by the Academic Director.

1．Leading curriculum meetings in Social Sciences, English, and Leadership classes. Mentor new/novice teachers. Provide new ideas, curriculum, and other resources to all staff members. Lead staff/teacher meetings in absence of the director. Participate and
observe other teachers for both mentoring and hiring procedures.
