Basic Info

Working Hours: 40 hours per week with a maximum of 24 classes, each class lasts for 45 minutes;
Student Level: 3 to 12 years old;
Class Size: 8 to 12 students per class;

Job Descriptions

Develop and design lesson plans that utilize a broad range of appropriate teaching techniques and strategies;
Deliver engaging English language classes to students using appropriate course books and teaching materials;
Promote and maintain a friendly and positive learning environment;
Evaluate students’ daily progress, write corresponding feedback reports and provide ongoing guidance for improvement;
Keep in contact with parents in regard of student performance and learning progress;
Participate in other school required activities and events;

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above required;
TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
Clear criminal background check;
Previous teaching experience in related fields preferred;

Salary Package from 23,000 RMB to 27,000 RMB per month with housing allowance included based on experience and qualifications;
