Music Teacher (Musical Theatre & Vocal Performance Specialist) & Subject TeachersLocation: Baoan, Shenzhen, Guangdong
Key Responsibilities (Music Teacher):
Deliver high-quality music instruction focusing on musical theatre, vocal training, and performing arts for grades 9-12.
Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with international curricula (IB, A-Level, AP, IGCSE).
Direct and produce school musicals and plays, managing auditions, rehearsals, and performances.
Provide individual vocal coaching and foster students’ artistic development.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment and manage student behavior professionally.
Requirements:
Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in Music Education, Musical Theatre, Performing Arts, or related field for Music Teacher; Bachelor’s degree or higher for other subjects.
Relevant teaching certification (e.g., IB Educator Certificate, Cambridge International Teacher Certificate).
Minimum 3 years teaching experience, preferably in international school settings.
Experience directing school productions (for Music Teacher).
Ability to teach a diverse range of student abilities and foster creativity.
Age 24-58.

Details & Benefits:
Salary: RMB 26,000–32,000/month (pre-tax)
Working hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday; 25 teaching lessons/week
Curriculum: Grades 9-12 (AP, IGCSE, A Level)
Accommodation allowance: RMB 4,000/month
Meal allowance and flight reimbursement (round-trip)
Professional development allowance up to RMB 5,000/year
Work and residence visa sponsorship, including notary/authentication fee reimbursement
