Job Responsibilities
1.Participate in formulating the company's development strategy, annual business plan and budget plan;
2.0rganize research on the latest products and technological development trends in the industry, preside over the formulation of the technical development strategic plan and be responsible for its implementation.
3.Analyze the technological development path of the company and plan the company's products;
4.Organize the formulation and implementation of major technical decisions and technical plans;
5.Be responsible for the operation and management of the stem cell laboratory;
6.Participate in enterprise project negotiations and collaborations, and provide technical support;
7. Develop a training plan for technical personnel and organize and arrange technical training for other relevant personnel in the company.
Qualifications for the position
1.Education Background:Major in stem cell biology or cell biology, with a doctoral degree or above;
2.Have at least 3 years of experience in research and development as well as project management within the industry field;
3. Be familiar with the laws and regulations in the fields of medicine and stem cells;
4.Possessing extensive experience in the preparation and basic as well as
translational research of various types of stem cells.
5.Candidates with experience in stem cell project filing and stem cell drug registration application will be given priority.
