Job Description

Manage library operations, including circulation, cataloging, and inventory
Support students with reading and research skills
Collaborate with teachers to integrate library resources into curriculum
Conduct library lessons focused on literacy, research, and digital skills
Promote reading culture through events and reading programs
Maintain an organized and student-friendly library environment
Provide support with digital tools and academic resources
Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by the school

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above (Library Science or related preferred)
TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification preferred
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including middle school teaching
Clear criminal background check

Salary and Benefits

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications (housing allowance included in salary package);
Housing Allowance:
For Single -- 3,000 RMB per month
For Married -- 5,000 RMB per month
Work visa provided;

Physical Examination: Once per year;
Annually Performance Bonus: 0% to 200% of monthly salary;
Training Fund: Up to 20,000 RMB per year;
Uniform Allowance: 1,000 RMB per year;
