1.Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:50 AM – 11:50 AM & 1:50 PM – 5:30 PM;
2.Class size: Approximately 10 to 27 students per class;
3.Student Age: 3 to 6 years old;
Job Description
1.Provide engaging, age-appropriate instruction for young learners
2.Create and maintain a positive and nurturing classroom environment
3.Develop and implement daily lesson plans and classroom activities
4.Collaborate with Chinese co-teachers and international staff
5.Monitor and assess student development and progress
6.Support students’ emotional and social growth through interactive learning
7.Participate in staff meetings, parent communication, and school-wide events
Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above (Education-related major preferred)
2.Native English speaker from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, or New Zealand
3.Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience, ideally with young children
4.Clear criminal background check
Salary and Benefits
1.Monthly Salary: RMB 21,000 – 23,000 (based on qualifications and experience)
2.Housing Allowance: RMB 5,000/month
3.Monthly Bonus: RMB 3,000
4.Airfare Reimbursement: Up to RMB 12,000/year
5.Contract Duration: 1-year renewable contract
6.Paid Holidays: 1-month paid annual holiday
