-Deliver lessons according to the school's curriculum plan, submit semester plans, set teaching objectives, master teaching methods, and support educational administration.
-Design and organise interactive lessons for students, tailoring lesson plans according to learning progress and individual needs.
-Participate in school teaching, extracurricular activities, professional training and administrative operations, contributing to functional group work as required by the school and supporting school management.
-Assist in organising and participating in various internal and external activities as needed for teaching and school requirements.
-Maintain effective communication with parents and provide timely feedback on students' learning progress.
-Actively participate in department and general staff meetings, ensuring effective communication with colleagues in other positions.
-Undertake other duties as assigned by the principal.
