Who We're Looking For:
With rapid expansion in our China operations, we seek a Project Manager (PM) to serve as the critical bridge between our overseas HQ product/tech team and the Chinese market. The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in China's digital ecosystem and gaming culture.

Requirements:
✔ Proven PM experience in IT/digital products
✔ Hands-on experience with web/mobile apps
✔ Fluent Chinese (mandatory)
✔ Fluent Russian (mandatory)
✔ Intimate knowledge of China's digital landscape:
- Internet platforms & social media
- Regulatory policies
- User behavior patterns
- Gaming skin markets

Preferred Qualifications:
- Game industry experience or hardcore gamer
- CS2 knowledge (skin economy/community dynamics)
- Team management experience (hiring/coordination)
- Desktop app/browser extension expertise

Key Responsibilities:
A. China Market Operations:
• Cross-department coordination & task management
• Monthly operational reporting
• Risk assessment & mitigation
• Local team building (recruitment/management)
• User feedback analysis
• Product localization (incl. translation)

B. Russian Division Collaboration:
• Tech support team liaison
• Product development alignment
• Executive-level communication
• Meeting organization/participation

Core Mission: Build scalable, high-efficiency China operations

• Work Schedule: Weekends off

全面负责产品在中国市场的开发与运营支持：
●跨部门沟通、任务分配与进度管控
●提交月度运营报告
●定期风险评估与解决方案制定
●中国本地团队建设（招聘与协调）
●收集分析中国用户反馈
●产品本地化适配（含翻译）

与俄语部门的协同工作：
●技术支持团队
●产品开发团队
●管理层
●组织并参与工作会议
