Working from MON to FRI ( 8am to 4:30pm)
English Teacher’s Duties：
1. Ensure punctual arrival each day to prepare for class, maintaining responsibility for the safety and educational progress of students. Undertake necessary tasks to uphold a clean, organized, and appealing environment, including the management of materials and inventory upkeep.
2. Develop and meticulously maintain lesson plans and observation records for individual students, submitting them to the Kindergarten in a timely manner and ensuring they meet satisfactory quality standards.
3. Facilitate parent conferences, meetings, and communication in adherence to Kindergarten policies. Alert the supervisor to any students experiencing special difficulties or requirements, being prepared to engage in discussions with parents regarding these matters. Address all parental concerns promptly and professionally.
4. Collaborate with the supervisor to strategize curriculum direction, stepping in to substitute for unforeseen teacher absences as necessary. Deliver classes in accordance with the Kindergarten's schedule, catering to students of diverse abilities, including those with learning disabilities. Uphold the privacy and confidentiality of each student within the classroom.
5. Attend and actively participate in Kindergarten events relevant to your position or teaching level, as well as Parent Association functions, demonstrating support for the Kindergarten community.
6. Advocate for and embody the Kindergarten's mission, purposes, objectives, and policies when communicating with parents, maintaining a positive and supportive approach throughout.
7. Organize and attend meetings, open houses, camping trips, or any marketing activities coordinated by the Kindergarten, actively engaging in promotional efforts to enhance the school's outreach and reputation.

Job Requirements:
1. English native speaker, bachelor degree or above
2. International kindergarten background is preferred;
3. Strong English expression skills, lively lectures, broad knowledge;
4. Love the teaching industry, pioneering thinking, good at improving the teaching process through teaching reflection, and helping students improve their abilities in all aspects.
